At Sports College SA, we love seeing the many different directions our students take after graduation. For Jasmin Earl, a member of the Class of 2022, her journey has continued to be shaped by confidence, connection and a passion for supporting others through sport.
Today, Jasmin works as a Pharmacy Assistant at Marion Domain Pharmacy while continuing to pursue her passion for indoor cricket. She currently represents at the State Open Women’s Indoor level and coaches the State Under 14 Indoor Girls Team, combining her love of the game with a commitment to helping develop the next generation of athletes.
Since graduating from SCSA, Jasmin has continued to build her skills as a coach, using the confidence and experiences gained during her time at the College to create positive and inclusive environments for young athletes.
Reflecting on her time at SCSA, Jasmin says the College helped her develop the confidence and understanding needed to work with younger students and ensure everyone feels involved.
“SCSA helped me gain more confidence when working with younger kids and gain skills in how to make everyone involved,” she says. “It has helped me gain a better understanding that everyone is different, and not everyone can relate to the same things.”
One of Jasmin’s favourite memories from SCSA was participating in clinic days, where she had the opportunity to share her knowledge, connect with others and experience the impact of sport beyond competition.
Looking back, Jasmin says the biggest thing she took away from her time at SCSA was confidence — something that has continued to influence both her sporting and professional journey.
Since graduating, Jasmin has achieved an incredible milestone, representing Australia in indoor cricket. In 2025, she was selected for the Australian Under-22 Indoor Team and was part of the squad that won a World Cup.
“I know this isn’t school-related, but making the Australian Under-22 Indoor Team and winning a World Cup in 2025,” she says, is something she is incredibly proud of.
Her advice to current SCSA students is to keep pursuing their goals and remain true to themselves.
“Never give up on your dreams,” she says. “Work hard, play hard and most importantly just be yourself.”
Looking ahead, Jasmin hopes to continue growing in the sport she loves, with aspirations to represent Australia at the Open level in indoor cricket while continuing to coach state underage competitions.
Jasmin’s journey is a reminder that confidence, passion and a willingness to support others can create opportunities far beyond graduation. By continuing to challenge herself and share her knowledge with others, she is building a future that reflects her love of sport and the impact she wants to make.
