On the 27th of May 2024, the Glandore Netball Class had their first round of Knockout at the Marion Leisure & Fitness Centre – YMCA . This team consisted of 10 selected girls from the Netball Class. They played against three other school teams. The first game was against Seaview High School, the second game was against Woodcroft College, and the third game against Unley High School.  

The SEDA Netball team played incredibly well, using all their set plays and team tactics on the court. Unfortunately, they were outplayed by all three teams, but they did not let this get in the way of how they played and all kept a positive attitude throughout the day. This really showed in the last game as they only lost by a couple of goals. Our student mentor, Bec, has done an amazing job at coaching these girls over the last term and a bit, and you can really tell by how well she has made the team connect in such a short time.
