Our Student Mentor, Xavier Wagner, has been selected as Head Coach for the upcoming Wanderers Australia U16 Boys tour of Ireland.

Xav spoke about the trip to us:

“I am excited to share that I have been selected as Head Coach for an upcoming Wanderers Australia tour of Ireland, where I will lead an U16 Boys team in International Rules. We will travel across southern Ireland, playing matches against local schools and clubs in both Gaelic football and the hybrid game.

I am grateful for this opportunity to guide a talented young group, and I look forward to building strong connections while striving for success together.

Once games have concluded, we will spend time in London for sightseeing followed by a visit to Paris to pay our respects to the soldiers of World War I at the ANZAC Memorial near Villers-Bretonneux.”

A fantastic opportunity to lead a talented group on and off the field!
